I’m a freelance web designer located in Philadelphia. I design compelling websites, brochures, direct mail, logos, brand identity and marketing communications based on sound research and unique creative concepts.
A self-proclaimed perfectionist, I’ve spent over 15 years working as a graphic designer and web designer in advertising and marketing. I have worked with a variety of clients to produce award-winning graphic design, including NFL/Bank of America, GNC, Ace Hardware, Avia, Comcast, Special Olympics and more. With a BA in Mass Communications and passion for graphic design, I worked my way up the ranks and am now running Push10, an award-winning web design studio based in Philadelphia.

My design philosophy doesn’t revolve around me – it revolves around the needs of your business. Thus, I begin each graphic design project by spending ample time researching and analyzing your goals, as well as the needs and expectations of your target market. Intuition evolves into ideas. Ideas then turn into concepts. Throughout the brainstorming process, I look beyond the obvious and work closely with your business to ensure we remain on-target and headed towards the optimal design solution. At the end of the day, I never lose sight of what matters most – using graphic design to increase your bottom-line.
Effective brand identity involves far more than just a logo design. Companies that succeed are the ones that pair the best products or services with a thoughtfully developed brand. In a crowded marketplace, I help clients develop their own unique identity and consistent voice across all channels.
I design websites that enable clients to establish their brand presence online while making use of the latest tools and technologies to ensure their website delivers results. I develop cutting-edge sites powered by the latest content management systems, enabling clients to manage their own website content.
As popular as interactive media has become, print still has a sense of permanence and legitimacy that digital communications struggle to match. A new logo is a nice start, but just that – a start. Business cards and a tightly branded stationery system are the next steps in keeping your business consistent across all of communications.
It’s never been easier to make your website mobile-friendly. Responsive web design allows your site to scale to look great on a variety of today’s mobile devices. From phones to tablets, desktops to laptops, responsive design allows you to reach your audience anytime, anywhere.

It was recently announced that Mark Cuban is crowdsourcing the design of the next Dallas Mavericks uniform. In exchange for the winning submission, Mr. Cuban is offering bragging rights and maybe some tickets. This isn’t the first example of a billionaire looking to take advantage of the design industry, and it won’t be the last. There are a few things, however, that Mr. Cuban fails to understand.
Back when I was a budding young reporter at the University of Missouri’s Journalism School, the highest honor you could get was a front page story placed “above the fold.” Even though that was, dare I say, over 30 years ago, the term stuck in design circles and even attached itself to websites in the late 1990s. I can remember looking at a website that “scrolled to China” and think how clunky it looked to my trained eye.
As a freelance web designer, I’ve had a chance to work with some great clients over the course of my career, including companies from Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware. Here are just a few:
